I’m a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor passionate about helping people move with confidence and strength. Over the years, I’ve worked with several cases in Scotland, Germany and Cyprus, and I love seeing how small changes in movement can create big transformations. I hold an MSc in Performing Arts Medicine - a field that has deepened my knowledge about the physical demands dancers, musicians, and other artists face. I’m also a specialised Scoliosis Therapist using the Schroth method.

I’m a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor who believes movement is the key to both healing and strength. My journey in physiotherapy has given me the chance to work with several cases locally, and what I love most is seeing people leave the studio feeling better than when they came in. Along the way, I pursued an MSc in Performing Arts Medicine - a degree that opened my eyes to the unique challenges dancers, musicians, and other performers face. This experience gave me the tools to blend science, artistry, and movement in a way that helps people heal while still doing what they love.

No, you can book directly with our physiotherapists. We’ll carry out a full assessment during your first session to understand your needs and create a personalised plan.
Absolutely. Many clients come to Move & Heal to improve posture, core strength, or general wellbeing. You don’t need an injury to benefit from physiotherapy or Pilates - our focus is on helping you move better and feel your best.
Both physiotherapy and Pilates sessions usually last around 45 minutes.
In 1:1 sessions, your instructor focuses entirely on you which is perfect for beginners, rehab, or specific goals.
Small group classes (usually 3–5 people) offer a supportive, community vibe while still giving you personal attention.
